Il en faut, mais pas trop&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le <strong>stress <\/strong>est une <strong>capacit\u00e9 instinctive <\/strong>qui a pour utilit\u00e9 de nous <strong>maintenir en vie <\/strong>face au danger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il prend sa source dans la partie la plus archa\u00efque de notre cerveau et fonctionne toujours comme au temps des hommes pr\u00e9historiques, nous pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 <strong>lutter <\/strong>contre un pr\u00e9dateur ou \u00e0 <strong>fuir <\/strong>le plus loin possible du danger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il augmente notre <strong>vigilance <\/strong>et optimise le fonctionnement de notre organisme pour nous permettre de r\u00e9agir rapidement face \u00e0 un danger imminent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>il aff\u00fbte notre vision p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique, l&rsquo;odorat, l&rsquo;ou\u00efe, tous nos sens sont en alerte,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il acc\u00e9l\u00e8re notre rythme cardiaque et redirige le flux sanguin vers les organes vitaux et les grands muscles du corps (utiles dans la lutte ou la fuite),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il lib\u00e8re du glucose et de l&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline dans le sang pour apporter un regain d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il produit des endorphines et du cortisol afin de bloquer le message de la douleur,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la coagulation et \u00e9loigne le sang de la surface de la peau pour limiter l&rsquo;h\u00e9morragie en cas de blessure, et la liste est encore bien longue&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que le danger est pass\u00e9 et que l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie accumul\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e, il ne faut que quelques heures de r\u00e9pit \u00e0 notre organisme pour retrouver son <strong>\u00e9quilibre<\/strong>. Face au danger, c&rsquo;est clair, <strong>le stress est notre alli\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me survient lorsque le stress dure<strong> trop longtemps<\/strong>, ou qu&rsquo;il se d\u00e9clenche<strong> trop souvent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous ces m\u00e9canismes automatiques deviennent alors n\u00e9fastes pour l&rsquo;organisme et entrainent des cons\u00e9quences tant sur le <strong>plan physique<\/strong> (les tensions musculaires s&rsquo;installent, les risques cardiovasculaires augmentent, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire s&rsquo;affaiblit), que sur le <strong>plan psychologique<\/strong> (insomnies, irritabilit\u00e9, difficult\u00e9s d&rsquo;attention et de concentration, \u00e9tat d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui peut mener au burn-out ou \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Et voil\u00e0 que notre instinct de survie r\u00e9duit notre esp\u00e9rance de vie !!! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, dans notre pays, nous ne sommes pas tous les jours confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations qui menacent notre existence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors <strong>pourquoi stressons-nous ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et bien il semblerait que notre cerveau ait besoin d&rsquo;un peu de temps pour faire la diff\u00e9rence entre un danger <strong>r\u00e9el <\/strong>et un danger <strong>virtuel <\/strong>ou <strong>imaginaire<\/strong>. Et comme, en cas d&rsquo;urgence, il n&rsquo;y a pas franchement de temps \u00e0 perdre, il active le mode survie par d\u00e9faut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00e0 chaque film qui nous fait sursauter,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 chaque fait divers auquel on peut s&rsquo;identifier,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 chaque situation nouvelle parce que nous ne savons pas si nous saurons la surmonter,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 chaque fois que nous doutons de nos capacit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 chaque fois que nous devons nous adapter ou nous r\u00e9adapter,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e0 chaque fois que nous imaginons que quelque chose pourrait nous arriver&#8230;etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors forc\u00e9ment, <strong>\u00e7a ne nous laisse pas le temps de lib\u00e9rer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie accumul\u00e9e et \u00e7a finit par d\u00e9border<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ne pas en arriver l\u00e0, d\u00e8s les premiers signes de stress, prenez 3 grandes respirations et posez-vous ces quelques questions : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>A quel danger suis-je confront\u00e9 ici et maintenant ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Est-ce que je risque r\u00e9ellement ma vie ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Combien y a-t-il de chances que \u00e7a se produise ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Est-ce \u00e7a vaut la peine que je mette mon corps en \u00e9tat d&rsquo;urgence ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Et si \u00e7a ne suffit pas, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 moi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le stress est une capacit\u00e9 instinctive qui a pour utilit\u00e9 de nous maintenir en vie face au danger.
